1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item was purchased directly from Guitar Shop Stores.

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used strings, picks, and open-packaged accessories.

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Ensure the product meets the return eligibility.

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

  • Ship the item back to our designated return facility. (Shipping details will be provided after return approval.)

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product:

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or payment service again.

  • Contact your payment provider; processing times may vary.
